Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You received an incorrect or wrong item
- The product was leaking or defective upon arrival
2. Return Timeframe
All return or refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

- Original tags, seals, and boxes must remain intact

5. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- Lazirah is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
