Refund & Return Policy (Cash on Delivery – Pakistan)

At Lazirah, we strive to deliver premium fragrances with care. Due to the nature of perfumes and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the following refund and return terms apply.


1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery
  • Customers are advised to check the parcel externally before payment
  • Once the parcel is opened after delivery, it is considered accepted unless there is a verified issue

2. Eligibility for Returns (COD Orders)

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The parcel contains a wrong item
  • The bottle is leaking or broken on arrival

⚠️ Change of mind, fragrance preference, or dislike of scent is NOT eligible for return or refund.


3. Return Request Timeframe

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted

4. Proof Required

To process a return or replacement, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video (from sealed parcel to opened product)
  • Photos showing damage or issue

📌 Unboxing video is mandatory for all COD claims.


5. Condition of Returned Items

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All seals, boxes, and labels must remain intact
  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned

6. Replacement Policy (Preferred)

  • For COD orders, replacement is preferred over refund
  • Replacement will be dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected
  • If the product is out of stock, store credit or refund may be offered

7. Refund Policy (COD Orders)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items without unboxing video proof
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
  • Free gifts

9. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:

  • Lazirah reserves the right to blacklist the address
  • Future COD orders may be restricted

10. Order Cancellation

  • COD orders can only be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

11. Courier Handling Disclaimer

Lazirah is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
